However, it would be good to have enough supplies for a longer stay since the room is unserviceable; at least 3 toilet rolls, 3 packets of dish detergent, 3 packets of laundry detergent. Big bottles of Conditioner, Shampoo, Body Wash, Hand liquid Soap, and Body Lotion installed in the bathroom. A toilet floor mat or towel. A dust pan. Microwave bowl or plate. A 2nd tea towel. Enough tea(black and green), coffee, sugar, and milk. Have an instruction manual on how to use the equipment in the room, as not every guest will be familiar with them all. Or general information about the room and where to find the switches and what you can do and not do. The main door should go all the way to the floor or have rubber to block off the noise and smell from the corridor.

Convenient location right in the city. Short walk to ferry terminal and also uptown shopping mall, cafes, and restaurants. The staff were very nice and polite and gave helpful advice. Facilities in the apartment were excellent and bed was extremely comfortable. We stayed 4 nights so it was good having washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave etc. Plenty of wardrobe space and luggage holders are convenient. Quiet apartment even though we were in heart of city and we felt very secure.

Excellent stay after travelling up from Adelaide on Great Southern Train. Very clean, tidy and well maintained - well, apart from the broken lock on patio doors that is. Offered another room but preferred on 40th floor, very difficult to burgle room at that height! Problem temporarily fixed by me with a length of sturdy wire, a pair of pliers and brute strength. Big Shout Out to Tayah and her staff who were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole stay, couldn't do enough for us.

Supermarket close by (Woolworths in the Macarthur Centre) so we could easily buy ingredients and cook for ourselves. Huge comfortable bed with fresh linen. Housekeeping service was very efficient - they came to make the bed, change towels and restock kitchen/laundry items daily.

There were facilities for everything so we didn’t have to worry about washing, dishes or parking.
